Description

Formulation Basis

H&F Pain Relief+ are formulated in reference to modern Chinese Herbology and research advances in medicine and pathophysiology, hence breaking new grounds in Traditional Chinese Medicine theories in pain treatment. The capsules are targeted at etiologies such as causing enduring illness entering the network vessels, qi and blood stasis, hence resulting in blocked channels and malnourished vessels to cause pain. The multiple actions include: quickening the blood, transforming stasis, dispelling wind and freeing the network vessels to reduce blood viscosity in order for the fast clearance and metabolism of pain-stimulating chemicals and achieve the effect of an analgesic; nourishing the blood, constraining the yin and supplementing and boosting the liver and
kidney to weaken the pain stimulus in the nervous system, hence having the effect of relaxing tension and relieving pain.

Semen Persicae/Flos Carthami/Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati/Radix Angelicae Sinensis/Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong	Quicken the blood and relieve pain[1-4]
Scolopendra/Scorpio/Zaocys/ Bombyx Batryticatus	Dispel the wind and relieve spasms, free the network vessels and relieve pain[4-5]
Radix Rehmanniae/Radix Paeoniae Alba/Ramulus Taxilli/Cortex Eucommiae	Supplement and boost the liver and kidney, relax tension and relieve pain[7]

Clinical Indications

Pain caused by enduring illness entering the network vessels, poor qi and blood flow, resulting in blocked channels and malnourished vessels. Clinically used for cancer pain, central pain syndrome, peripheral nerve disorders, etc.

Dosage and Administration

For oral administration, 2-4 capsules 2 times daily, or in accordance to physician’s orders

Administration of this medicinal product should be stopped upon discovery of any adverse drug reactions or changes in physical appearance of the capsules.
