Formulation Basis

本方是在玉屏风散的基础上，配合多种芳香醒脾化湿之品，化痰止咳。湿毒疫疠之气袭肺，湿毒困脾郁肺，毒热伤津耗气，灼津为痰，故用抗疫护肺。

玉屏风散，具有益气固表止汗之效：黄芪益气固表；白术健脾益气，助黄芪以加强益气固表之功；二药合用，使气旺表实，则汗不能外泄，邪亦不易内侵，更配以防风走表祛风并御风邪。且黄芪得防风，固表而不留邪；防风得黄芪，祛邪而不伤正，实系补中有散，散中有补之意。

佩兰芳香化湿，辟秽和中，醒脾开胃，苍术、橘红燥湿化痰健脾，三药同用，化湿辟秽、醒脾健脾，另外搭配黄芪、白术，健脾以助运湿，化湿以助脾健。鱼腥草、虎杖、马鞭草解毒消痈，皂角刺辛散温通，攻走血脉，有消肿托毒排脓之功。红景天补气清肺止咳，助黄芪、白术益气固表。诸药合用，共奏健脾补肺，化湿祛痰，辟秽解毒之效。

Clinical Indications

1. For infectious disease protection in normal body constitutions, as well as those with spleen and lung deficiencies and an internal accumulation of phlegm-dampness, etc. 2. Strengthen body resistance, dispel pathogenic qi, protect lung and expel phlegm in asymptomatic persons.

Dosage and Administration

For oral administration, 2-4 capsules 2 times daily, or in accordance to physician’s orders

Warnings and Precautions

Administration of this medicinal product should be stopped upon discovery of any adverse drug reactions or changes in physical appearance of the capsules.
