Formulation Basis 处方说明

Lung Detox Capsule is formulated on the foundations of the classical formulae the Ephedra, Apricot Kernel, Licorice, and Gypsum Decoction and the Five-Ingredient Powder with Poria and it functions to diffuse the lung, calm panting, resolve phlegm and suppress cough.

The dampness toxin epidemic pathogen attacks the lung to cause stagnation of dampness and toxins in the lung, resulting in the disruption of the diffusion and down-sending functions in the lung. The accumulation of toxin stagnation produces fire toxin which condenses fluid into phlegm, where it combines with dampness to cause the stagnation of qi movement. The Ephedra, Apricot Kernel, Licorice, and Gypsum Decoction diffuse and discharge lung with pungent-cool, and calm panting; while the Five-Ingredient Powder with Poria induce diuresis to drain dampness, and warm yang to transform qi. Together with herbs which resolve the lesser yang evil, resolve phlegm, and suppress cough, this combination of herbs helps to diffuse the lung, calm panting, resolve phlegm and suppress cough.

清肺排毒胶囊组方借鉴中医经典方剂麻黄杏仁石膏甘草汤、五苓散，治以宣肺平喘，化痰止咳。

湿毒疫疠之气袭肺，湿毒困脾郁肺，肺气宣降失司，毒热灼津为痰，痰湿郁阻气机，故用麻黄杏仁石膏甘草汤辛凉宣泄，清肺平喘，五苓散利水渗湿，温阳化气之效，加上解少阳之邪，化痰止咳。诸药合用，共奏宣肺平喘、化痰止咳之效。

麻黄、炙甘草、杏仁、生石膏、桂枝、泽泻、猪苓、白术、茯苓、柴胡、黄芩、姜半夏、生姜、紫菀、款冬花、射干、细辛、山药、枳实、陈皮、藿香

Dosage and Administration

For oral administration, 3-4 capsules 2 times daily, or in accordance with physician’s orders.

每日2次，每次3-4粒。或遵医嘱。

Administration of this medicinal product should be stopped upon discovery of any adverse drug reactions or changes in physical appearance of the capsules.
